Sarah Beth Sammons

Sarah Beth Sammons is a registered Landscape Architect with over twenty years experience in the master planning and detailed site design of private, civic and institutional developments. As a Project Manager at BDC, she oversees design and implementation of a variety of projects and is most passionate about sustainable design, ecology, historic preservation, and construction practices. Throughout her career Sarah Beth facilitated the permitting process for private, civic, and institutional projects and served on a committee to revise the tree canopy requirements within Chapter 10 section of the Louisville Land Development Code. She is adept at working with municipal planning and zoning departments to take projects through various planning and permitting processes.
