This Prospect Residential project seamlessly mixes a classic brick home with a sophisticated, terraced outdoor retreat. We designed the space to offer distinct functional areas, from the covered porch to the open poolside lounge, all connected by elegant, stone steps and defined by low brick retaining walls. Every detail added to the character of this project, like the bespoke custom geometric metal railing, the warm texture of the herringbone brick paving, and the tranquil sound of the integrated waterfall feature. This design transforms a sloped yard into a cohesive environment, proving that true luxury is in the details and the flow.
