BDC was selected by the Jefferson Development Group (JDG) to provide landscape architectural design services for a four-building multifamily complex, which includes 290 units, a clubhouse with a pool, and other site amenities. BDC collaborated with developers JDG, TDK Construction Company, DKN Architects, Marv Blomquest, PE, and Kerr Greulich Engineers.
BDC’s role encompassed facilitating permitting for the tree preservation, tree canopy, and landscape compliance plans for the development. Additionally, BDC designed the pool area associated with the clubhouse featuring cabanas, a fire table space, grilling stations, and a beer garden. Detailed landscape planting design was prepared for the entire site to compliment the surroundings.
